Our reputation for quality products has grown over the years as a result of our comprehensive Quality Management System.  This Quality Management System meets the demanding requirements of the British and European Standard ISO 9001-2000.

In July 2008 we celebrated 10 years of Accreditation with BSI, which is a great achievement.

The relatively new European Standard focuses much more on Customer Satisfaction and improving Quality by Design.

One of the main objectives of the Quality Management System is Continuous Improvement linked closely with our own Lean Manufacturing Initiative.

The ISO 9001-2000 Quality Management System approval is one of three key accreditations supporting our Environmental and Health & Safety Managements Systems.

In addition, all our double glazed insulated glass units are Kitemark Approved by BSI in accordance with BS EN 1279-2 2002.

Accreditation by BSI to all three Standards Is an almost unique achievement we are proud of.
